What the workshops will look like
Every workshop starts at a game table and lands on a skill: listening to understand rather than to reply; giving feedback that doesn’t wound; learning from a lost round. Communication — including nonviolent communication as a practice — is exercised by playing, not by sitting through lectures: you try, you fail, you laugh, you go again.
How a workshop is meant to run: a game on the table, a skill on the way out.
What you leave with
Exercises you can rerun with your own people, a new way of reading what happens at a table — and people. Academy evenings are designed to build a group, not just a calendar.
Funded through a confirmed allocation from Cluj County Council: 4,000 lei, decision HCJ 92/2026 (adopted 18 June 2026).
