This site collects as little data as possible. We don’t sell data, we don’t profile you, and there are no analytics at launch. When you email us, your message reaches an accountable person, not a marketing database. The policy below — once drafted — says exactly what we process, why, and what your rights are.

The policy’s structure (drafted by a qualified person)

  1. The controller — the association’s full identity (name, 368/A/2026, seat; CUI once verified).
  2. What data we actually process — realistically, at launch: email received at the contact address; any new mechanism (newsletter, forms) is added only together with the real mechanism.
  3. Legal bases, purposes, retention — per processing.
  4. Recipients and processors — hosting, email platform; completed when chosen.
  5. Your rights — and how to exercise them; the right to complain to ANSPDCP.
  6. Minors’ data and photography — aligned with the safeguarding and image-consent positions; the policy cannot precede those positions.
  7. The data contact — announced at launch.
  8. Version and history — effective date.
